There is a washer and dryer hookup in the home. All applicants must be approved before a showing is scheduled. All applicants must be able to pass a background check, have a minimum credit score of 500+, 3x the rental amount in verifiable income, and no evictions within the last 5 years. Pets are welcomed but must be 50 lbs or under. We only allow 2 pets. There is a $150 nonrefundable pet deposit and an extra $25 a month per pet.
